How do I use the tinctures effectively?

For best results, we suggest learning your dosage. First timers, administer two droplets of The Doctor’s Blend CBD tincture under the tongue and hold for 60 seconds swallowing any remaining tincture. Personally assess every 20 to 30 minutes and repeat as necessary until the desired outcome is achieved. The total number of droplets will become your “standard” dose. Your “standard dose” will be the amount taken at any future administration.

The right dose of The Doctor's Blend of terpene powered CBD tinctures may vary from person to person due to differences such as individual physical and chemical makeup including an individual’s metabolism; therefore, outcomes and reaction times can vary. When beginning, it’s best to start with the smallest dose possible. Due to the physical limit of liquid that one can hold under the tongue, should one require 10 or more droplets to achieve the desired outcome, it’s recommended to choose a higher potency for best results. As with any new product, it is important to become familiar with how your body responds to CBD before increasing the dosage. Our tincture’s graduated droppers provide 0.1mL increments and permit micro dosing by dispensing a 0.05mL droplet; 20 droplets equal 1mL.
